This is notify our chershed customers of our decision to suspend bitcoin buy order due to extreme high miners fees and delay confirmation.  We have been trying to manage this situation since 6th of December, 2017 but with increase in bitcoin rate to dollar the miners fee keep increasing and now to an unfair fee of $20 to $100 depending on the quantity of transaction. 

This decision is very important in other to protect our customers and further not worsen the PENDING ORDERS situation already at hand. For those that have already paid we would be happy to refund your money back if requested.
